About Megan
I’m Megan, a coach, writer, speaker, and careful listener who works with thoughtful Christian women who are tired of striving and ready to live from a steadier sense of self.
For a long time, I believed faithfulness meant carrying more: more responsibility, more emotional labor, more pressure to get it right for God and for others. I learned how to be capable, dependable, and helpful, but not how to rest, discern, or choose from a place of clarity rather than obligation.
Over time, that way of living became exhausting.
As I began unlearning performance-based faith and rebuilding my identity around grace, something important became clear: clarity brings peace. Peace makes it possible to move forward without self-abandonment. That realization reshaped how I live, how I relate to God, and eventually, how I coach.
My Approach to Coaching
Today, I offer one-on-one coaching for women who recognize themselves in patterns of over-giving, overthinking, or carrying responsibility that was never meant to be theirs. My work is grounded in faith, attentiveness, and discernment, not urgency or quick fixes.
Clients often tell me that conversations with me feel calming. They say that they leave with less internal noise and a clearer sense of what actually matters. I don’t rush insight or push outcomes. I listen carefully, reflect what I hear, and help interrupt untrue or overburdened narratives so that wise next steps can emerge naturally.
Coaching with me is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to what’s already true, and learning how to live from that place with integrity and freedom.
What I Help Women Do:
In our work together, women often find support to:
slow down overthinking and internal pressure
untangle generosity from obligation
clarify their voice, priorities, and direction
discern what is theirs to carry—and what is not
move forward without self-abandonment
build rhythms of action and rest that are sustainable
I don’t tell you what to do or hand you a formula.
Instead, I create space for honest reflection, grounded discernment, and steady movement forward.
A Final Word
I write and coach from the belief that growth in Christ doesn’t have to be harsh, hurried, or performative to be faithful.
Slow sanctification is still sanctification. Boundaries can be holy. And clarity is not a luxury, it’s often the doorway to peace.
If you’re looking for a place to slow down, tell the truth, and make decisions rooted in identity rather than pressure, you’re welcome here.
And if you’re not sure where to begin, I offer a free Over-Giving Audit as a gentle starting point.
