Coaching for Peace, Clarity, and Next Steps

If you are a Christian woman with a maturing faith and a tender calling, and you’re tired of striving, overgiving, or performance-based growth, you’re in the right place.

You don’t want to build fast.
You want to build true.

You’re not looking for hype, pressure, or someone to push you harder.
You’re looking for clarity, steadiness, and a wise companion as you discern what’s next.

You already carry wisdom.
What you’re navigating now is how to move forward… without losing your peace, your voice, or yourself in the process.

You don’t want to build fast.
You want to build true.

Who This Coaching Is For

This space is for women who are:

  • thoughtful, capable, and deeply responsible

  • exhausted from overthinking and overcommitting

  • carrying the weight of solving problems for others

  • afraid that if they stop meeting needs, they’ll lose belonging

  • circling the desire for clearer rhythms of work and rest

  • building meaningful work, relationships, or transitions — but always putting urgency ahead of clarity

You’re often the one people rely on.
You’re good at anticipating needs.
And because of that, you’re tired.

You know something isn’t sustainable,
but saying no feels risky.
You want change, but not at the cost of who you are.

You don’t need someone to fix you.
You need help seeing clearly enough to choose differently.

What Coaching With Me Is Like

Hi, I’m Megan!

Coaching with me is future-focused, practical, and calm.

My role is to stay present, listen carefully, reflect what I hear, name patterns, and help you clarify what’s actually happening, so you can take your next step with peace and integrity.

I don’t tell you what to do.
I don’t diagnose or treat trauma.
And I don’t create “little versions of me.”

Instead, I bear witness to your life and reflect it back to you — often helping you see strengths, fears, and patterns that feel invisible from the inside.

What feels “normal” to you is often uniquely steady, thoughtful, and valuable. Sometimes it takes another person naming that for clarity to emerge.

What Happens in a Coaching Session

  • You’ll fill out a short questionnaire to clarify what you’re hoping to be coached around: what feels difficult right now, what brings life or peace, and what you want to move forward with.

That gives us a clear place to begin.

    • I listen attentively to what you’re saying (and what’s underneath it)

    • I reflect patterns and narratives that may be keeping you stuck

    • I help slow anxious or circular thinking

    • We name where responsibility has turned into self-abandonment

    • We gently set aside distractions that don’t support your stated goals

We may talk about fears, clarify what energizes you, or look ahead to where you want to be in five, ten, or twenty years, and then work backward with that perspective in mind.

  • We end with 2–3 realistic, grounded action steps so you leave knowing what your next move is… without overwhelm or shame.

I follow up via email with notes about our session, and the action steps you chose. We agree upon further follow up so you can keep moving forward.

What People Experience

Right after a session, people often say things like:

  • “I’ve never thought about it that way before.”

  • “This feels clearer.”

  • “I feel equipped to take the next step.”

  • “I can do this.”

In the weeks that follow, many notice:

  • fears that once felt overwhelming are quieter

  • shame cycles get interrupted sooner

  • more confidence in saying no or setting boundaries

  • greater trust in their ability to discern what’s next

Life doesn’t suddenly become simple, it becomes understandable.

If I had to name the result in one phrase, it would be:

Peace with direction and clarity.

Where We Begin

A 60-Day Coaching Partnership

We begin with a two-month coaching container designed to support clarity without pressure. This partnership is offered by invitation, so the work can remain intentional, spacious, and well-supported.

Over 60 days, we work together in a steady rhythm designed to help you slow down, tell the truth, and move forward without self-abandonment.

This partnership focuses on:

  • interrupting untrue or overburdened narratives

  • untangling urgency from what actually matters

  • clarifying your voice, priorities, and direction

  • supporting forward movement without self-abandonment

  • building rhythms of action and rest that are sustainable

There is no rush.
There is no forced output

What’s included:

  • Four 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions, typically spaced every other week

  • Optional reflection prompts between sessions, as helpful

  • Limited email support for brief check-ins or clarifying questions between sessions

At the end of 60 days, we review what’s shifted and discern next steps together.

Investment: $900–$1,500 total
(based on session rhythm, scope of support, and focus of our work)
